Today I am 9 days into my 100 day program, and I feel the difference in my energy and body. Yesterday I learned how much sleep is important to your weightloss. Not only when you are sleep deprived do you have a hard time functioning, but your disposition is off. I know I'm hungry and cranky and want to feed my way back to energy and that is bad for business. I went to bed early (against every thing I believe) and I felt much better the next day. More in control, more alert, more energetic and better posture.
