To lose weight one must take in less calories than the body needs to maintain its weight. According to the calorie / to weight chart I've constantly eaten 200- 300 hundred more calories per day than I should in order to lose weight. So since January I've been fooling myself and you also. I'm a little hungry again to day and I'm 100+ calories over the recommended limit. So there you have it.
