I only lost .2 today but probably makintg up for the big loss yesterday.

I had coffee with a little cocoa and cinnamon this morning.

Lunch today I used half of my orange and made Sweet n Sour Chicken with Asian Cucumber salad.

I ate half an orange for a snack.

For dinner I had a burger with my steakhouse grinder seasoning and franks with a little mustard.I ate my "pickles" I made with dinner.

I had strawberries first time. About 3/4 cup sliced
