HCG VLCD25 - Monday 4/11

Down 17 lbs but I woke up with zero loss today so I am trying to space out my food, eat before 6pm and keep my protein high.
Breakfast - 24oz water with 2 apple slices.
Lunch - 260 oz of chicken with Tony's seasoning 24oz water
Afternoon Snack - 1 whole cucumber marinated in braggs, lemon, ACV, Chili Powder, Cayenne, stevia garlic and sea salt. 24 oz water
Dinner - 7.1 oz Cod with lemon, braggs, garlic and dill with 24oz water (done before 6pm)
Evening - coffee & another 24oz water
