Beginning the HCG Diet as soon as the mailman arrives. I did the HCG diet almost a year ago with major success. But instead of mixing my own subligual, I've decided to do homeopathic drops along with the diet. I am excited to begin again. If you are considering this diet - check it out at:

I will do the first 40 days on the 1st phase, which encompasses a 500-calorie per day -- a VLC ("very low-calorie/low carb") diet. I will resume my regular workouts at Lifetime Fitness which include weighlifting, Kettlebell training, core & strength training, and cardio (which usually involves my two beautiful boxers, Harley & Leeyah).

I have lost 100 pounds over the past 3 years in the gym; however, the weight loss has stopped for over 7 months once again. My goal is 80 more pounds, encompassing two phases on the HCG program.
