As we age and become more and more concerned with our health, I (we), My wife and I are once again struggling with the weight loss and a healthy dietary life style. Determined to get on the right track, we started with P90 (for beginners) which was working well. Then deciding that wasn't enough, I got us back to the gym at least for one day. Wouldn't you know it, my first time back on the treadmill and I blew out my knee. Needless to say it's been weeks and I'm still laid up. I found this site and it looks like a real helper in keeping you on track. We're starting out with the healthy diet portion of the site and with any luck moving back into the gym in a few weeks even if only water aerobics. Wish us luck!!!
