Day One

Today is my first day using fitclick. I have tried several eating plans and workout routines but none have been successful so far. I need to lose 57 pounds and want to do it within the next six months. I have been drinking water and coffee exclusively (Far more water than coffee) so that is one hurdle down. Next is my lack of motivation for exercise. I want to do a Fun Run in June so that gives me a goal to start training for. As for the diet, I simply have to make healthy choices and refrain from bringing junk food into the house.
Speaking of coffee, I am going to get a cup now.
