Trying to stay on track

Well, I pushed myself so much to keep jogging almost six days a week. I really enjoyed it and looked forward to it afterwork. I made a huge mistake and not listened to my body. Started getting some mild pain on my shins and kept jogging through it many, many times to the point I can't take a heavy step withouth pain putting a complete stop to my jog. My dog Cisco will not appreciate that. I did not want to stop working it out as my weight loss has been so slow and frustrating and looked into public swimming pools since I don't have one at home and was pleasantly suprised to find one about a mile from my home and love it. Big swiming pool almost to my self, I went yesterday and only three people there it was great as I can give my leg some time to heal. I hope I am able to loose some weight in the process.
