The scale has gone up again... it hasn't gone down in 2 weeks, instead I've gained 2 lbs! I understand that is more than likely muscle gained which is a positive because thats 2lbs worth of calorie burning muscle to add to my metabolism... but with all the working out and eating sooo much healthier and tracking every single calorie and carb etc etc, and my newly created muscles.... why am I not losing anything?!? I stepped up my workout and went back over my entire diet again... everything seems to be in order.

I am getting healthier though... reminding myself that healthy is the goal not weight loss... and I am definitely healthier! Its just a bit frustrating is all.

Also my truck is not running properly right at the moment. The Y is only a mile from my house so I am going to walk on weight days. And just get my cardio in taking walks and working out at home on non-weight days. That way I won't just miss out entirely until I get my truck fixed. But ohhh its soooo hot outside! Think I'll take my swimsuit and indulge in a swim when I do finally get there lol.

Well, I mostly just whined in this post, lol sorry about that but I do feel a bit better I think!

[[EDIT: I was a little late ranting about this, I hadn't actually weighed myself in 5 days and apparently my little whine fest happened as I'd already corrected the problem lol. Read my next post for specifics. ;) ]]
