This is where I always end up falling off the wagon. I get hungry and feel like there is NOTHING I can eat and be good. I get depressed...tough it out for a few days and then "throw in the towel." I know there is stuff I can eat, its just when your "go to" snacks aren't ideal, and the food you crave is just plain bad...
I need a way to turn it around, otherwise I'm going to sabbotage myself.
