Well today is the second day for my diet.. Well I'm not going to call it a diet, but a new and healthier way of living.. So far today I have consumed 705 calories.. I limit myself between 1200-1300.. I'm so afraid of going over.. But food is like a drug.. I can't help but eat it.. Sometimes I try to stay locked in the room so I won't eat, but it doesn't help because I would only drive myself crazy.. Literally.!! I am at a risk of developing hypertension and diabetes.. So I have a limit of 50g for sugars and under 2400 for sodium.. The hard thing is that just about everything has sugar in it.. I'm ate breakfast this morning at 9 something AM.. Now its 12 something PM and I'm starving.. Hopefully I can hold out for another 2 hours.. Maybe until 2 or 3 PM.. Since starting this and tracking my meals, My headaches have dramatically decreased.. I have about 10% more energy than I did yesterday.. And overall I just feel a little better.. When I would pile whatever I could into mouth I was very dissatisfied.. Especially knowing that my tummy was full and I was only eating to ease my pain...
