The Hardest Part

They don't have to say that the hardest part of any plan is getting started. I know that from personal experience. I've started and failed in the past. Many times. I have high hopes for 2012. I'm getting in shape to do a 70.3 Half Ironman. It's a gift to my wife for still being my wife after 25 years (no small chore). I need to weigh in at 180 pounds 360 days from Saturday Sept. 24th 2011. I have no excuses for not getting there. For the first time I have a gym membership with pool, a car, a bike and a shower at work. The shower and my 1995 Jeep Wrangler are new. I'll be up Thursday morning to start this adventure. I'll be blogging as often as time allows giving workout and calorie updates. I need your help. If you think I'm slacking off please rip me a new one. Thanks.
