Week One Done

So the beginning of the week I was doing really well with the exception of the running which I have scaled back until I can handle outdoor running. I got a bit sloppy with recording during the last half of the week but I am ready to step it up this week.
Last week goals:
-Start a workout program and stick to it (check)
-Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day (check)
This week's goals:
-Get to the gym each day
-Get rid of my vice of eating while I am stuck in the downtown core for a few hours each week by bringing raisins to snack on.
