This blog drives me crazy.....twice now I've typed and then lost it.....GRRRR
I didn't exercise yesterday because of multiple appointments, but today I did my Power Pairs workout. I did tire out before doing cardio--I need to do my cardio FIRST!
I cooked two recipes from my Weight Watchers cookbook--Sticky Asian Chicken was WONderful, and Spaghetti Carbonara was pretty good. The only diet slip today was finishing up the keilbasi from New Years (didn't want to throw it out).
