First full day of tracking

Alright, it was my first full day of tracking workout and diet today and I am happy with how I performed. I was only off on three indicators which could be fixed easily:
Sodium: NO MORE subway meatball subs. I hadn't realized the sodium content there. Now it seems kind of obvious.
Iron: Add more whole grains/eggs/beef/poultry to my diet. I have a family history of anemia and I am borderline so this is something I have to watch.
Calcium: I was sooooo close to meeting this goal. I asked my boyfriend to pick up some milk for me when he got us lunch from subway but he forgot and grabbed fruitopia instead. With that milk I would have met my goal...oh well. There is always tomorrow!
