So I worked a 12 hour day today. The gym area was full, so I was unable to walk the treadmill at lunch.
But I had a healthy lunch packed, so I
figured it would be ok. Then I got a text from my son. My husband took our boys to the grocery store shopping. Then they came home and fixed supper. They bought 2 bags of hullless popcorn and one bag of BBQ potato chips- goodies I have tried to stay away from!
They made hamburgers for supper, which wouldn't have been bad, but they bought macaroni and pasta salad!! Too many calories!! I was good though, and had some burger without the bun, a piece of cheddar cheese, and one serving of popcorn. Still wound up with too many calories for the day, so even though I am very tired, I am going to have to go downstairs and ride the bike for a while. Oh, BTW, I weighed in this morning. I am down 9.4 pounds!
