I keep falling off my weight control wagon.  I don't want to call it weight loss....simply because I am looking more to control my weight rather than concentrate on losing it.  I do plan on looking at the aspect of losing weight while I am learning to control my eating...workouts, and sleep to help me get there.  I have been doing some studying and I know I need to get more sleep...eat like I have been..
I have been adding a lot of veggies, but I need to kick it up a notch.  I have learned that eating broth soups, rather than creamy soups can really help fill you up without adding a bunch of calories.
I need to keep track of myself so I am really going to try and stay committed. Even on days when I cannot get online to enter my information..I am going to keep a hand written journal of my day.

I love the way I feel after I have done a workout...no matter what I did.  Getting my heart pumping and my muscles moving have helped those aches and pains and I am actually starting to feel like I am 23, and not 50.

I have learned that going fat free is not always the best thing...for instance..using whole milk in your coffee keeps you blood sugar from dropping like a fat free creamer does.  Interesting huh?
I am back and going to stay committed for myself and my future.
I have learned I cannot handle a lot of sugar...one soda and I feel like crap and get massive headaches..so I have kicked soda completely!

Wish me luck and I wish the same for everyone!
