After a weekend of non tracking, was pleased to step on the scales this morning and see a 4lb loss this past week. A lovely start to the weight loss journey. Would be nice if I could lose at this rate every week,but I know it will slow down. hopefully to no less than 2lb a week, but would be happier with 3.
Will use the same formula this week, 1600 cals and 4 days of cardio. Hopefully will have another positive weigh in next monday.
Started my morning with a kitkat chunky tho, tut tut. Note to self, never go shopping on an empty tummy. temptation will alwasy get you.
