I though that I was eating the right way, but turns out that I was not. I did not realize how much sugar was in the "health foods" I was really eating. I don't always move around a lot either. I work out but, I do a lot of sitting on my butt during the day. I figure of I eat plenty of veggies, fruit, protien, even a little dairy and make the workouts count. Then I should lose some weight.
I did cheat today and had a double cheeseburger, fries, and a small sweet tea. that was just lunch. I did better with breakfast and dinner than I did lunch though. I am going to try out some new dishes this week and maybe figure something out. Maybe get a little strenght training in to.
