I gained 3 pounds a couple days ago. I woke up and weighed myself like I always do and suddenly, more weight. I didn't take it too badly. I just said aw... and then went back downstairs for measurements. Turns out I lost half an inch somewhere and my percentage shot down. I guess I just gained muscle. I have no idea where because everything hurts at this point. I am CONSTANTLY working it. I went hiking yesterday and have a nice sunburn so that might be the cause of the annoying pain.
Muscles are weird. I remember being a kid and thinking that if you used a muscle, the muscle went away. People would say, doing this uses 40 muscles. I thought that meant you had some huge number of muscle in your body and that action used up 40 of them. I remembered being afraid of what would happen once you used them all up.
I want some muscle but not much. I want to be one of those tiny girls that can lift a lot but don't look like they could. I kind of want a small six pack. Yes. I want abs. More than anything I want an awesome stomach. That is the main focus.
With that... I believe I will go do my Ab Attack video. Woo abs.
