I have done many diets in the last 2 years and to no avail would loose a little and gain more than I started out with so I am now 60 pounds heavier than I have ever been in my entire life. I was a very fit teenager and young adult and although I am active because I have two children (so I am constantly on the move) I have decided that instead of dieting I will make lifestly changes. I am currently enrolled in a weight management class for school and since August 27th I have lost 9 pounds I also workout at home. my goal is to get my "pre children swag back lol". I am consuming less and less sugary content and a whole lot more fresh fruit and I have to say I feel better than I have in about 6 years I am also doing a colon cleanse to help rid my body of some of the toxins that I know are there. This time I know I will see results because I have a reason to stay motivated. I want to be around for these two little people of mine and their childrens, childrens, children if you catch my drift. so I start out today at 190 and I will update this blog on a weekly basis. Wish me luck people
