Personal Trainer Session #2&3

On Saturday, we did chest and shoulders exercises to get a baseline.
Every session, we will do Ab work (both machine and planks) and stretching.
This session, I did 12 minute cardio warmup and then 33 min on eliptical with a heartrate of 161 at completion.
On Monday, we did arms and back to get a baseline. One thing to note is that my right bicep is considerably weaker than my left -- reason unknown. Will have to do concentration and isolation work until they are equal strength.
Abs and Stretching. 12 min treadmill warmup. 33 min eliptical at end (161).
