1000 Calories and My feelings

Well I am back again, no worries I didnt slip up, but my bf has been talking to his brother in law who is a personal trainer and he has been saying that I need to be eating 1800 caloires which is CRAY! I mean I been following my 1200 caloire regimen( this is what I when I don't workout) and when I workout I eat 1400......it varies. I never go over 1400.Now he is tellling me to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. I always eat 3 meals and one snack. 9 times out of 10 I don't eat two snacks. I am seeking weight loss. I am slightly confused, that is why I am here. I took a day of from working out today.( I did a little dancing that made me work up a sweat but, it was something to keep the blood flowing)
I was actually thinking of only eating 1000 caloires a day.......I reserached the internet and it said that was a bad idea.....GRR!So now, I have to stick to my 1200 caloires and I do plan on doing a longer workout starting in April! I have been feeling good. I have a weigh in tomorrow,,,,,I am so nervous. I hope I am 262......That would be great....my goal is to be 250 by the end of March......and by the end of April I want to be 230......... This stuff is so werid sometimes, setting diffrent goals......But i feel much better talking to you jornal.
