Well, as the song says...Here I go again!  I have been trying to lose the same 30lbs for the last 2 years.  I keep trying and I can never seem to finish what I start.  I tried weight watchers and I was able to get to my lowest of 148 :) however, I lost sight of the reason why I was losing weight in the first place.  In the beginning, it was all about vanity, but now it has to be about health.  Having a recent health scare in my family has made me realize that I can not keep going as I have been.  This time I know that I need to lose it for a healthier lifestyle and not just to look better.  Wish me luck!!!!!   :)
