Well, I've lost 6 lbs in 2 days and it's great. I might even be able to keep it up too. My metabolism and energy levels seem to stay up lately just doing interval training on the exercise bike. What's really helped is I stopped watching TV and listening to music during my workouts. Rather, I've been looking at the "numbers" on the bike. I look at the RPM mostly and keep my rrythem or 'cadence' steady at 70 RPM going from level 5 to level 9 2 minutes each. My heart rate has been between the cardio and fat burning zone at about 130 bpm. I end up doing a little over 6 mi 30 minutes a day for a grand total of 4 workouts and at least 24 miles ridden. I do't do any other exercise other than tha too. I burn few calories on the bike's scale during the workout, but my metabolism changes significantly after resulting in the fat melting off at least the last few days. I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks straight. Oh, and by the way, I had a good helping of a homemade cCheeseburger and french fries last night for dinner. I hope everyone has a good day until next time...
