I have always hated getting on a scale and weighing myself, because if I didnt lose the amount of weigh I thought I should have, I get feeling like I let my self down, or I didnt do as much as I should have. So just how often should I do weigh-ins ? How often do you weigh-in ? I always told myself it wasnt about the weight, it was about the way I looked and felt that was important. I think this was my way of letting myself off the hook, and not facing my problem, ( My Weight ). Now I know I dont need to be weighing myself every day, but maybe every week, or once a month, I'd be very interested in knowing how often others weigh themself. ThankYou ..........
