Third appointment of PT This afternoon; today is the first day I took off my sling after a short night’s sleep and I am going sling free to test my shoulder ROM at work doing my typical clerical duties with modifications. I get testy from the pain by half way thru the day.

First DAY

Pendulum Exercises AROM ( good feeling)

Shoulder Flexion w/pulley self-low level AAROM (takes some effort)

Facing straight ( good feeling remembering to relax arm)

Facing 45 degrees to the right ( last reps are the part that causes the most inflammation)

Stretch Shoulder External Rotation Sit ( Hardest by far right now)

ICE!!!
Second DAY

guided stretching and ROM

modified ER shoulder Stretch to Pole Mobility Shoulder Exercises laying down (feels better and more of an isolated stretch the targets the problem area best)

dead- bug/ chest stretch ( feels like my left shoulder will roll into my chest, not pleasant)

K-taped and i-stem bandage … Ice two hours after bandage wore off
Had a fever Thurdays afternoon into Friday nights.
Worked full shits last weekend, started tolerable but cant do fine motor repetitive mostions without pain sky rocketing !!!
