On the surface, everything was perfect. Jack loved her, she loved him, he planned to make her his wife and she would do everything she could to make sure it would happen. In Dubai, her life was perfect. The only thing missing from their perfect love story was a date. Until that night, in the hotel lobby.

Arriving at the hotel, Jack noticed another man there. A tall muscular man, with black hair, dark eyes and a strong looking face. Jack was certain he was not the man he was meeting for dinner that night, but he had a problem. He loved Ella so much, but she had turned him down three times now. He couldn’t take it anymore. If she didn’t love him, he would try something different. A little creative pressure couldn’t hurt, right? If he thought he could impress her again, she might love him.

In his room, he began searching for a gift for Ella. Searching through her closet, he pulled out her favorite dress. The dress she always wore when she went to the art museum. It was red, with lace, the same color as her lipstick and matching her shoes. Pulling out her favorite perfume, he pulled out a bag and began searching through the contents. Inside the bag, he found what he was looking for, a set of blue pillows. He pulled one out and began rubbing it against his face. That would drive her wild.

In her room, she heard someone knocking on the door. After placing the pillows on her bed, she opened the door. Jack stood there, holding the pillow and smelling it. Reaching out to hold his hands, she noticed a card in his hand. Seeing the man, she realized it was him, the mysterious man she was meeting for dinner.

Her mind raced with thoughts of the night ahead. No matter what happened, she was going to keep her heart on her sleeve and the man that brought it there, on his sleeve as well.

When they arrived at the museum, Jack saw her pick up the bag she had brought with her. Pulling the bag from her bag, she laid it on the table and began pulling out the items inside it. On a piece of paper, she had written a short story about a man going out on a date. He would write the date on a piece of paper and place it on the table. As the night progressed, she would take the piece of paper and see if the man could keep the secret that was in the bag. Taking the other pieces of paper from the bag, she began writing on them as well. Some were simple, like what to wear on the date. Some were a little harder, like what to do on the date. She gave Jack the first one. He wrote it on the piece of paper, taking a pen to write the date on it. Taking the pillow and smelling it, he pulled out a pen and put it on the date. Putting the other things on the table, she picked up the pillow and started to kiss it. Smiling to herself, she knew Jack was flustered and he loved it.

Arriving at the restaurant, Ella was surprised to see Jack standing there with a flower in his hand. In his hands was another piece of paper with the date on it, but with two different numbers. As she opened the bag and held the last two items in her hands, Jack walked to her and kissed her on the cheek.

Her mind was racing, but she smiled as Jack walked away, showing her how he felt about the date.
