It's the begining of day 5 and I still feel great. I veered of my diet by eating the buffet last night so i couldn't really count my points for dinner. I was able to stick to my low carb diet. I ate salad with diced ham and chicken with a little house dressing, baked chicken, hamburger steak w/ mushroom gravy, a small peice of bbq chicken, turpnips and a small peice of ham. Well day number 3 is almost over. So far I'm down 3.5 lbs but I'm sure it's mostly water wieght. I'm counting everything i eat and working on a low carb, low fat, high protein diet. It seems I'm getting a majority of my protien from pork skins and need to find a lower soduim option. My intake the last 3 days have been an average of 1300 calories. I love this tracker b/c i know exactly what's going in my body. The weekend is almost here and I'll have to stay strong.
