I combined soccer and the P90X workouts, together with a high protein diet. Results are the astounding 9 pounds I shaved off so far, and quickly rising. I feel much better than when I started the routine, I can even do ~6 pull ups, which I couldn't do even 2 previously. I'm not tired after practices, and during soccer games I'm never out of breath, even with the sprinting and running thats going on constantly.
