Exercise Ideas?

I have gained 10 pounds in the past year. I'm currently weighting in at 158 pounds and I want to get down to 130 pounds. I don't really care to go to the gyms around my hometown. I'm trying to find good exercises I can do at home. Any ideas are welcome : )
