Today was day I finally decided to not talk about it, but to be about it. Im 23 with a beautiful four year old little girl and I'm tired of blaming my weight on me having her. Im so very commited to this decision that I have decided to also quit smoking,which is going to be an even bigger challenge with me being on a weight plan in all. I dont know how Im going to get through but my mind and my heart are very determined "if I spelled that right" ...
