I did it!! today I did a quick strech and the 4 min but work out I am very pround my goal for today is to walk 1 mile. I am sweating but its a good thing when I get home I will make some sassy water!

So today instead of sending jon to the parks with the kids, I went and played with the baby. Hey had to burn at least a few cals right

So today was an ok day, the worst thing for me is the late eating. Ok so I had some HD butter peacn and it was great but the issue is the lateness. I ate it at 12:30ish. I always feel starved when midnite hits!! But I have my lady days so that may be why I am so hungry. But I have made some progress, at least I am doing my food journal rite. Its late I need to sleep

So today was an ok day, the worst thing for me is the late eating. Ok so I had some HD butter peacn and it was great but the issue is the lateness. I ate it at 12:30ish.
