I have been putting off getting back into shape for months. I was doing well in April and May, and then let myself go over the summer/winter months. Drinking and a poor diet have been the main culprits, but I also stopped going to the gym. I definitely want to start going back as many days as I can, even if just to hit the weights or the treadmill.
I am 21 and my waste has gotten remarkably larger in the past 8 months. Must. Get. Back. Into. Shape!
