Well, here it goes. Not written a blog before but I'm hoping that this will help me to stay on track and keep motivated. I'm new to the site (i joined over the weekend but today is my first proper day at tracking everything.) I have a 3 1/2 year old son and it's getting a bit cheeky to say my weight is all down to him now.
