So tomorrow is the big day! I start my workout routine. I am using the workout room at my mom's apt complex. I went on Fri with her to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the equipment! I am excited that there are several weight machines along with a very high quality treadmill and elliptical! And to make it all the better there is a tv with cable! The best part is that its free! Woo hoo!

So here it is ending the first week of tracking what I eat. I went to the doctor today to discuss my weight. I am trying to lose about 120 lbs. I have been on so many diets and on so many workout plans, I have lost count. All that has happened is that my weight has gone up and not down.
I could sit here and blame it on my thyroid problems or the two kids. But the point is that those are over and do...
