Since I have been tracking my food calories for the past couple days, I have figured out some things. I need to stay the heck away from Pepsi products!! I didnt even want to add it into my diet planner when I saw how many calories it had!! Secondly I need to drink WAY more water, and have more protien in my diet! Then I need to get my booty movin'!!! Lol! Here we goooooo!!! :op

As I start fresh again today, Im thinking of the things that bother me most about being overweight. It bothers me that my body always seems to be in one type of pain or another! If its not my back, its my feet, or knees.
I hate going out with my husband, and worrying about where I am going to sit, because I cant stand it when 'the girls' are up on top of the table, or my tummy is too close and you feel jammed in!
I have not been to an amusem...
