i have been doing same diet for three weeks but the third week i got a surprise i gained 2.5 lbs. my teacher said water or mussle again.
then i found out alot about exersising if doing same routine after two weeks your body gets use to it and the effects stop.
i do a treadmill so every two weeks i must a just the speed and incline to feel any effects.same with weights my starting weight lift is a 120 lbs in two weeks i need to be to 140 my mass is 240 .

on this road of journey i have lost 8bls in two weeks. one week alone i lost five lbs. i am on diet of 9oo calories . but today i went over .but i burned 900 calories leaving me 146 calories left.i feel bad the way i ate today hope to do better tomorrow so i can make goal of 3 lbs a week or more.
i am enjoy the exersises and i find my self wanting to stop smokeing tomorrow. im working out everyday monday through saturday , morning and night. tomorrow i will burn 1200 or more in calo...

on this journey of working out and lossing weight i find my energy going higher.
i have had to give up many things i like but i am learning to eat a whole lot better.
i have lost 6 bls in week in half.
i am on a 900 cal diet and it is going well.
what i gave up to do this diet was cokes sweets and now i have to watch what i eat. but the best part of all is i get to eat three small meals a day which has made me fuller.
