Started this diet tracking just over a week ago, and finally the weight is starting to shift. I was just feeling my efforts were in vain, and looking at how to tweak my diet even further, without going below 1350 cal, and shutting down my metabolism, and the scale rewarded me with another pound, for the glorious total of 2.5. Not much, I know, but 1.5lbs sounds so wimpy. This sounds like a good effort, and the process seems more possible. Now, to ramp up the activities!&n...
