1( rinse the livers
2) remove any membrane (stringy white tissue)
3) Add water and salt in a container, add the cleaned liver pieces
4) refrigerate for at least two hours
5) set oven to 350 degrees F bake 30-45 minutes until crispy
6) line sheet pan with foil and a raised rack
7) add seasoning to flour, pour egg into separate dish
8) remove livers from water solution, rinse, pat dry
9) place liver in egg then flour, coat well, place on wire rack
10) bake until crispy enjoy
