  • My body is on a really bad sleep schedule and I am trying to regulate it, but it is still very difficult. I lay awake at night till 2 or 3am sometimes trying to fall asleep. I have dinner at 6 or 7pm sometimes earlier, so by 3am ( 7-8hrs later) I am absolutly starving and the hunger pangs help keep me awake.
