I have been doing everything right since the beginning of my weightloss but I cant seem to move the scale, I started off at 165lbs on the 06/06/2012 and upto today I have only lost 4.4lbs I am wondering why because Im doing everything right. My clothes are also showing because they are all loose, can someone tell me what I can do to shed those pounds off a bit quicker.
