Always been average body type but geez! My scale is now screaming for help! I am at my highest weight ever (166) Had to fight anemia after having my triplets a year ago and now I got at least 30 lbs. to loose. My health is coming back to normal so I decided to join the gym world and bring sexy back. I really don't have much experience using all their equipment exce
