I started is plan over a month ago, I have a personal Trainer that I was working with. I lost inches on my stomach,thighs and arms, and even my face slimmed down. I have been teaching Zumba for two weeks and that is where I saw a ton of results. I do three back to back classes. I weighed in three days ago and now I weigh more than when I started 4pds more!! Am I doing this right?
