I have just eliminated wheat, sugar and alcohol from my diet to start with. I'm only 3 days in and I have lost 1.5 lbs. I know the first week is the biggest weight loss but still it makes me feel empowered. I am a big fan of bread and wine but really it hasn't been hard to let it go. Of course, as I said, I'm on 3 days in. YAY only 28.5 lbs to go!!
