Boy howdy did day 4 start out not so well.  I weighed in this morning and was up.  It was only a couple of ounces, but it's been a couple of ounces a day.  I know weight fluctuates as much as 5 lbs in a day, so I'm not going to let it discourage me.  I'm also due for my period anyday and retain water like crazy while pmsin .... so like I said, no biggie.

I'm in the process of cooking dinner, and tho I've kept everything in a healthy range for my calories, I'm famished.  I'm going to have something good and filling.  My only downfall is my workouts .. I have alot to do today, however I probably won't get any of it accomplished because my baby woke up whiney.  He's 3, and is a whiner, but he never wakes up like that ... meaning he doesn't feel well.

Day 2 started off well, but then I went to a Chinese buffet with my boyfriend.  I tried to keep it to mainly veggies with little sauce, but the sushi set me back.  I love sushi!  Oh well, luckily for my that will keep me full for the rest of the day and all I'll need is light snack tonight!

I am in a "new" relationship with the man of my dreams, and in the 4 months we've been living together, he's lost 29 lbs and I've gained 10.  To alot of people 10 lbs doesn't seem that much.  But I am a recovered anorexic/bulimic and at one time weighed over 250 lbs.  After having my 2nd child I managed to lose 90 lbs.  But it scares me the way the weight creeped back on like that, and I realize there's a lot of changes I need to make to reach my goal of losing 24 l...
