Not having a car SUCKS!! I wasn't able to get a good workout in at all in the last week. Both cars broke and no extra cash to even take the bus and go to the gym. Not to mention, adding on a few of my beloved lbs lost. So Frustrated!!! I know it's my fault. I should have had some kind of willpower. But NOOO, I have to go and eat crap I know itsn't good for me and not excercise like I should have. Back to it finally. Keeping focused.

Yay Me! I finally lost the 2 lbs that I gained back over the 4th. Those were some stubbern little buggers. Been going to to the gym now for 10 days straight, changing up my routine. Eating healthy. Getting stronger and healtier. On the right track. :)

Happy 4th ofJuly ;) I've been working out for the most part for 2 months at the gym. During those 2 months, I've only lost 7 lbs and that was in the first 2 weeks. I've been idling at those stupid 7 lbs. Although I have lost any more than that, on the up side, my clothes it a little bit looser. Yay!!! I Will Do This!!! I Will Not FAIL!!!!!

New Attitude!!!

I hope everyone had a great holiday. Only gained 3 lbs durning the whole month of December. Not bad, but not good either. New Year, New Attitude, New Life. So far, I've lost the 3 lbs, gone to my new gym 2 time (this year), and only have had 6 cigerettes since midnight Dec 31st. Feeling pretty good. Check in later.
