Today I went to the gym before work like usual except since I have plans tonight I had to get there alittle early so I would be able to get my whole workout done before I left. I worked like a charm I feel great and I know that I atleast worked out as long as I wanted to. So far everything is working out like I hope I have lost alittle weight and fat hopefully I continue this plan.

The first week of a new program is always the toughest for me mainly do to the fact that you are doing something different that you are not used and that your body isn't use too. Unfortunate for me this past week was the start of a new program one that I created that started with a week of full body exercises before I move onto the next 11 weeks which will be similar to that of a bodybuilder's routine.
