So this post is a clarification of my workouts as far as running goes. My main point today:

I'm feeling GREAT today! I have to say... fitclick has helped me out today. More specifically, I have to thank *GreenTNA and *Shawie for my awesome workout.

So this post won't be half as long as the other... so no worries =] I have mixed feelings about today because I didn't stick to a very healthy diet... but I did go to the gym. Although I stayed under my calorie goal I feel like having some not-so-healthy food brought me down a bit. But I'll work on it. Rome wasn't built in a day right?
