I think I've finally had the kick in the ass that I need to get it together. Today was day 1 (again) of the change.
I did really well eating today. Didn't even hit my calorie limit. I still have room for a snack later this evening and right now I don't even feel hungry. I ate veggies too. I hate veggies. But, with some cheese I suppose they aren't so bad.
I am looking forward to the new and improved me!!

Why does the stuff that's good for you taste so bad?? And the stuff that is so darn good, is so bad for you?? I just don't get it. Not to mention the fact that the stuff that's good for you is so expensive?!
Well, those 2 pounds I thought I gained over the weekend maybe wasn't as bad as I thought because in total I'm down 3 pounds!!
Today I'm munching on Quaker Oatmeal squares cereal. hopefully that gets me through the day. I usually ...

I hate weekends. I have less structure at home, than I do at work. There is more opportunity to get my hands on food at home, than at work.
I prefer prepackaged foods, because then I know how much I am eating and can calculate that way.
So last week I lost 2 pounds, and put it right back on this weekend. So now I'm back to square one.

Yesterday was hard. I got a headache around 3:00 from having no caffeine.
I drank my slim fast 321 shake around 11:30, and had a slim fast 321 snack bar at 3:00. I went home around 5, and had chicken nuggets and a dr. pepper for dinner. I also had a small piece of birthday cake and glass of milk with my daughter later in the evening.
That's all I ate yesterday.
I didn't get in any exercise beyond my normal walking around from my desk to var...
